Hey party peeps! If you’ve been following me for a while, you know how much I LOVE coffee! It’s my morning and mid-day routine. I recently tried the International Delight® Cold Stone Creamery™ Sweet Cream coffee creamers and loved the sweet and creamy taste it gives my daily cup of coffee. While recently shopping in Walmart, I saw a new flavor that I just had to try—International Delight® Hershey’s® Chocolate Caramel. Sounds YUMMY, right?
For an extra special treat, I top it with Reddi-Wip®. It gives me the feeling of being at the coffee shop and with REAL dairy cream being the #1 ingredient, it adds a great taste without hydrogenated oils like some other whipped toppings have!
Now that summer is in full swing, one of our favorite things to do is spend time hanging out at my sister’s pool. Here in the midwest, we have such LONG winters, that when summer comes, we are outside as much as we can! While the kids are playing in the pool, my sister and I lounge poolside, doing our nails and relaxing over ice-cold drinks with some girl talk on the side!
In the summer, I love to make my coffee iced or as frozen frappes topped with Reddi-Wip® as a cool, refreshing alternative to my normal hot coffee routine. Today, I’m going to share with you one of my favorites—FROZEN CHOCO-NANA FRAPPE! If you want more frappe drink ideas, check out Frappe Your Way.
Banana and chocolate is one of my favorite flavor combos. When I was little, one of my favorite sweet treats were frozen bananas dipped in chocolate. YUMMY! Now, I make my own kids chocolate covered banana pops as a yummy sweet treat. So, when experimenting with different frappe drinks, I made this Banana/Chocolate flavored frappe and WOW…it was DELICOUS and took me back to my childhood. Try it…trust me, you’ll thank me!

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED
– 1 1/2 cups brewed coffee (cold)
– 1 cup International Delight® Hershey’s Chocolate Caramel Coffee Creamer (Quart/32oz)
– 1 cup milk
– 2 scoops vanilla chocolate chip ice cream
– 2 frozen bananas
– 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
– 2 cups of ice
– Reddi-wip® Extra Creamy 13oz
– drizzle caramel sauce
– drizzle chocolate syrup
– handful of chopped pecans
HERE’S HOW TO MAKE A FROZEN CHOCO-NANA FRAPPE
STEP 1: Brew 1 1/2 cups of coffee and put it in the fridge to get cold.
GIRLFRIEND TIP: During the summer, I love to treat myself every now and then to a frozen chaco-nana frappe in the morning so I brew the coffee before I go to bed the night before and put it in the fridge so the coffee is super cold when I’m ready to make it the next morning.
STEP 2: In a powerful blender, place the coffee, 1 cup of International Delight Hershey’s Chocolate Caramel Coffee Creamer, 1 cup milk, 2 scoops of vanilla chocolate chip ice cream, 2 frozen bananas, 1/4 cup chocolate syrup and 2 cups of ice.
GIRLFRIEND TIP: Freak Shakes are all the rage right now! Serve your Chaco-Nana Frappe in a mason jar and let the syrups drip over the edge. Place your mason jar in the freezer before you serve your frappe so it is super cold. It keeps the frappe colder longer and gives the glass a frosty look which I love!
That’s it! This recipe will make 2-3 large frappes and 3-4 medium sized ones so, invite your girlfriends over and share a Frappe Your Way!
MAKE A KID-FRIENDLY, COFFEE-FREE FROZEN CHOCO-NANA FRAPPE!
GIRLFRIEND TIP: My kids LOVE whipped cream and Reddi-Wip is made from cows not treated with artificial growth hormones and doesn’t have any artificial flavors or sweeteners so when I need a whipped cream to top my desserts and drinks, Reddi-Wip is the one I go with EVERY TIME!
