Hey party peeps!
Want to add a FABULOUS designer touch to your candy bars? Check out this quick tutorial on how to make CUSTOM COOKIE FAVOR BAGS! I have custom candy or sweets bags on almost all of the candy bars I design for myself and my clients. It’s that extra detail that adds a unique and high-end touch to your table design. The ones here I used at my daughter, Faith’s “Kitty-licious” birthday party as seen on Hostess With The Mostess this week. If you missed the full post full of party pics and inspiration…click here.
HOW DID SHE DO THAT?
How cute are these custom cookies made by Sugar Cravings! Customizing your sweets and candy on your dessert tables is a great way to add that high-end personalized touch to your party! It’s like having your own line of candy or sweets! Gotta love that!
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED!
– cookies ($4 each from Sugar Cravings)
– “Kitty-licious” printable bag toppers (available in our shop here)
– 4×6 inch plastic cello bags (available at Michael’s in the baking supply aisle)
3 STEPS IS ALL IT TAKES!
Step 1: place each cookie inside a cello bag
Step 2: print, trim and fold in half each printable bag topper
Step 3: fold the bag topper over the open end of the cello bag and staple closed
That’s it! A really easy way to customize your sweets!
GIRLFRIEND TIP: This is a great way to send sweets home with your guests inside favor bags. Cookies and loose unwrapped candy travel much better when they are packaged in their own bags or containers.
OUR “KITTY-LICIOUS” PRINTABLE COLLECTION IS NOW AVAILABLE IN OUR SHOP HERE.
