Hey party peeps! Barbie parties seem to have stood the test of time throughout the decades and even now little girls are still asking for fabulous Barbie parties! Today I’m sharing my spin on a Barbie party featuring my “SAFARI-LICIOUS ZEBRA GLAM PRINTABLE COLLECTION”. that is now available in my shop here.
BARBIE ZEBRA GLAM PARTY
If you guys have been following me, you know that I tend to stay away from using many commercial licensed pre-printed party goods. The thought of walking into a party store and picking up all the pre-printed paper goods is just so boring! It limits my ability to get creative with a theme since I would have to work around whatever themed party goods are out there and have to match that color scheme. So this Barbie party was styled without using any!
HOW DID SHE DO THAT?
Starting out with a customizable printables collection is key! You can pick one you like and then have the colors customized to match ANY color you can dream of. Mix in a few Barbie dolls and you’ve created a truly unique and custom party design. AND…the Barbie dolls also serve as gifts for the birthday girl or to really save money, you can simply decorate the party space with Barbie dolls and accessories your daughter already has! Creating this Barbie Sweets Table was so fun! I was inspired by these two zebra print jewelry boxes and repurposed them to hold the candy. Celebrations by SweetWorks® has a wide variety of candy to choose from that matches the colors perfectly like these gumballs, foil wrapped chocolate balls and sugar pearls. How fabulous do the white sugar pearls look displayed in these BARBIE letter ceramic candy dishes!
GIRLFRIEND TIP: Want to look like a total ROCK STAR MOM? Who doesn’t, right? Choose a personalized printable collection that can have your daughter’s name on most of the items truly makes her the star of the party! Shouldn’t your daughter (and not Barbie) be the star on her very special day! I think so!
Enjoy the photos and be sure to visit my Barbie Party Pinterest page with most of the items I used for this party & lots of other Barbie party inspiration making your job easier!
