Happy Holidays! I hope you are all finishing up your holiday shopping and are settling in to actually ENJOY the holiday season with friends and family. I know I am! Today I’d love to share with you the hot new trend of Personalized Pajama Sets! Have you seen these? How ADORABLE are they!
Personalized Pajamas from Great Stitch
At the forefront of this trend is GREAT STITCH. They custom make each pajama set and embroider each one with your child’s first name or any word you want. They even personalize adult sized pajamas that say “MOM” and “DAD”. How cute is that! They have many different designs to choose from and can even custom design one for you too. New Christmas Tradition – The Christmas Eve Box
I love this new trend so much that I’m starting a new Christmas Eve tradition in our house. I’ve seen other moms doing this and thought it was so cute! This year I’m putting together a “Christmas Eve Box” that will contain a custom pair of pajamas for all the kids and a book or DVD that the kids will open on Christmas Eve. For the past few years, our Christmas Eve tradition consisted of me reading The Night Before Christmas book, watching a Christmas special on tv with the kids and of course, drinking hot cocoa and leaving cookies out for Santa.
This year I thought it would be fun to switch it up and add an element of surprise to our Christmas Eve tradition. So, the kids won’t know which movie and book we will watch and read until they open the box and see what book and movie is inside. As an extra special surprise, a personalized pair of pajamas for each of the kids will be inside the box too that will match the theme of the story or movie. This year, we’re going to read Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer, watch The Grinch That Stole Christmas, wear these super cute Reindeer custom pajamas from Great Stitch and drink hot cocoa.
Cupcakes For Santa!
Then my kids surprised ME! They want to leave Santa AND his elves cupcakes instead of cookies on Christmas Eve! No ordinary cupcakes would do for Santa and his elves, so we made them extra special by placing a swirly candy cane into them for a fun whimsical touch.
The kids were more than willing to model the pajamas for me and had fun posing with this cardboard standup of Santa’s Sleigh from Oriental Trading for this post BEFORE Christmas Eve! The life of a party planning blogger I guess! I’m sure the kids will be excited even still next week when we actually do it all FOR REAL!

The pajamas are super cute. Love that you can personalize them. I had thought about doing a little Christmas Eve box with new pajamas, movie, and hot chocolate, with microwave popcorn in the box.

Personalized PJ’s are the best (especially for kids!) My mom, sister and I wear matching PJ’s every Christmas Eve , maybe we should get personalized ones next year <3
I love the PJ’s. This sounds like a great Christmas Eve tradition. We always open one gift on Christmas EVE.
The kids are adorable, the pajamas are super cute but this makes it hard to do hand me downs. LOL I love the Christmas box idea. Maybe I can do that when I am a grandma since I am sure my high schooler will reject personalized PJ’s at this point.

I’ve always loved reindeer around the holidays – so much so that I have a light-up one in my living room that stays there all year-round. The PJs are too cute!
